📋 Description

• Assist with generating publication schedules and tracking project milestones • Monitor production timelines and identify upcoming deadlines across editorial, design, production, and marketing • Support cross-functional communication by coordinating needs across departments and following up on outstanding action items • Participate in department meetings and gain exposure to publishing strategy, scheduling discussions, and production planning • Help prepare and update project trackers, reports, and workflow documentation • Assist with special projects that support the Managing Editorial department and Adult publishing program

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a current college student (sophomore, junior, senior) or recent graduate • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines • Comfortable learning new technology and project management systems • Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software preferred; experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet is a plus, but not required.
