• Develop and implement a comprehensive personal brand strategy that defines the CEO’s positioning, voice, and values. • Ensure all communications consistently reflect the CEO’s leadership style, authenticity, and professional tone. • Translate the CEO’s experiences, insights, and humanitarian impact into a compelling personal narrative and digital identity. • Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure growth, visibility, and engagement. • Lead the development of the CEO’s digital presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Oversee the creation of a professional website or landing page featuring biography, media kit, and contact information. • Develop strategies to grow and engage audiences, strengthening the CEO’s online authority and reach. • Use data and analytics tools to track audience insights, optimise performance, and report progress. • Plan and manage a rolling content calendar aligned with the CEO’s strategic goals. • Create high-quality posts, articles, and video content that highlight leadership insights, humanitarian experiences, and impact stories. • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to produce engaging, brand-aligned materials. • Ensure all content maintains the CEO’s authentic voice while enhancing professional visibility. • Position the CEO as a keynote speaker and trainer within the nonprofit and leadership sectors. • Develop speaker materials including bio, pitch deck, and professional reel. • Secure podcast features, interviews, and media placements to strengthen credibility and thought leadership. • Support the delivery of workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements, ensuring professional representation and follow-up. • Identify and nurture partnerships with nonprofits, universities, thought leaders, and media platforms to expand reach. • Coordinate collaborative campaigns, co-authored content, or panel discussions that align with the CEO’s mission. • Maintain professional relationships to position the CEO as a trusted voice within the humanitarian and leadership ecosystem. • Manage a small network of freelancers (copywriter, designer, video editor, PR assistant) to support content and campaign delivery. • Establish effective workflows, content schedules, and reporting systems to ensure consistent execution. • Regularly review analytics and feedback to refine strategy and improve performance. • Build scalable systems that allow the CEO’s personal brand to grow sustainably over time.
• 5+ years in personal branding, executive communications, or digital leadership strategy. • Proven experience growing social and digital presence for high-profile leaders. • Experience managing a small creative team. • Familiarity with nonprofit, social impact, or leadership sectors is highly desirable. • Portfolio demonstrating measurable results, audience growth, media placements, and content campaigns. • Strategic and creative thinker with a track record of developing executive or leadership brands. • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across digital and live formats. • Deep understanding of social media growth, digital engagement, SEO, and analytics. • Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised; able to manage multiple projects and teams. • Professional, authentic, and adaptable tone; capable of capturing the CEO’s voice consistently. • Media savvy and experienced in PR, speaking, and thought leadership positioning. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable targets and deadlines.
