📋 Description

• Review and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) across Shopping, ITQ, ITT, WOC in the ePR system. • Ensure procurement activities adhere to the Procurement Policy Manual and that PRs are supported by quotations, contracts, or Schedule of Rates. • Validate billing entity, cost centre, quotation details, and GL code alignment. • Vendor onboarding, pre-qualification, and maintenance of vendor rosters for tenders. • Conduct market research, benchmark vendor performance/pricing, and identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities. • Prepare and issue bid invitations, manage competitive sourcing, and support two-envelope tender evaluations. • Document and archive negotiation outcomes, ensure confidentiality and maintain audit trails. • Establish and manage term contracts, upload signed contracts, and manage contract dashboards. • Monitor SLA & KPI compliance (e.g., turnaround times, 85% compliance, ≥10% cost savings) and escalate delays. • Maintain sourcing documentation within 48 hours and provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders. • Collaborate with requestors, vendors, Finance, and SSC for smooth procurement flow and PO processing.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in procurement or sourcing roles, preferably in regulated or enterprise environments. • Experience with ePR systems and Procure-to-Pay workflows. • Familiarity with ITQ/ITT bidding processes and vendor evaluation. • Proficiency in procurement platforms. • Strong understanding of GL codes and cost centres. • Ability to interpret and apply procurement policies and SLA metrics. • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance discipline. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple PRs and meet tight deadlines.
