📋 Description

• Rebuild and refactor existing Qlik dashboards into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and performance. • Design clean, intuitive, and well-structured Power BI reports, datasets, and data models. • Work independently to understand data structures and align reports with departmental needs. • Collaborate with internal power users and data analysts across departments to validate logic and structure. • Troubleshoot data or visualization issues and optimize dashboards for usability and refresh performance. • Ensure reporting follows best practices around data modeling, consistency, and maintainability. • Maintain documentation for rebuilt or newly created dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models. • Experience working with Qlik, or the ability to reverse-engineer dashboards and rebuild them effectively in Power BI. • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational data sources. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills for working with internal analysts and power users. • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to BI development.
