📋 Description

• Driving efficiency through automation is a strategic initiative • Responsible for executing on RPA development front • Maintain effective communication with lines of business and third-party partners • Develop meaningful solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs • Design, develop, and configure complex Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements • Facilitate testing and implementation that is compliant with internal change management • Translate business requirements into effective workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related degree-preferred but not required • 3.5+ years in general software development with experience in complex automation • Strong understanding and implementation of best practice RPA design patterns • Proficiency in programming languages such as VB.NET, C# • RPA Platform Experience (UiPath and Nintex Preferred) • Experience with UiPath both on-prem and cloud • Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot components • Experience with defining standards for scaling automation environments • Experience with implementing end-to-end execution of various processes using attended and unattended bots • Experience with SQL or other relational databases and/or document stores • Experience with REST, SOAP APIs • Experience with version control system (Git and GitHub) • Knowledge of applying AI Framework such as Document Understanding, Computer Vision to automation workflows • Understanding of requirements and partnering with lines of business to implement them • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
