📋 Description
• Assist in compiling and preparing financial statements for earnings material • Assist with compiling financial data for the preparation of SEC and related financial reporting • Work with management on special projects and other duties as assigned • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field • 3 to 5 years of external/SEC reporting experience strongly preferred • Active CPA license preferred • Strong knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Outlook and Word • Must have good knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation • Must be organized, self-motivated and goal oriented
