📋 Description

• Preparation and support for monthly and annual financial statements • Review of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as all relevant supporting documents • Ensuring structured and traceable bookkeeping • Responsibility for document management including digitization • Optimization and further development of internal financial processes • Preparation and compilation of reports (e.g., profit and loss statement)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification • Experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting • Confident use of digital tools and modern systems • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • High standards of quality — you don’t submit work you can’t stand behind • Analytical thinking and an understanding of business relationships • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration • Very good German skills and good English skills
