⢠Process and allocate high-volume incoming customer payments with speed and precision ⢠Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations, process remittances, and ensure customer account balances are accurately maintained ⢠Proactively investigate unapplied cash, resolve payment discrepancies, and clear outstanding items ⢠Collaborate closely with the Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams to resolve complex customer queries ⢠Deliver key reconciliations and reporting to support timely and accurate month-end close operations ⢠Consistently meet or exceed established SLA and KPI targets regarding processing time and accuracy ⢠Actively identify bottlenecks and suggest opportunities to streamline Cash Application workflows
⢠Proven track record in a dedicated Cash Application or Cash Allocation role ⢠Hands-on experience working within SAP or SAP S/4HANA ⢠Solid experience in bank reconciliations, remittance processing, and payment investigation ⢠Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) ⢠Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish ⢠Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills ⢠Prior experience with cash application automation software, ideally Esker (preferred) ⢠Experience working within a multinational corporate structure or a Global Shared Services (GBS) environment (preferred) ⢠Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks and process optimization initiatives (preferred)
