📋 Description

• Manage daily project activities for the implementation of product and service solutions from deal closure through handover to Customer Support • Lead supply chain solution rollouts across the entire customer network • Manage end-to-end service delivery for complex, high-visibility projects while working remotely from Germany • Deliver ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations • Create and maintain project schedules, track customer requirements, and translate them into key project deliverables • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Monitor workflow requirements to ensure adherence to timelines and quality expectations • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external customers • Prioritize project requirements and manage available resources • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement to drive positive organizational change

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • Business-fluent German and English • Project management experience within the ERP ecosystem • Experience working with ERP systems • Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, dynamic environment • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Quality-conscious, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize and multitask • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in parallel • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills and very strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Project management experience within the retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: In-depth understanding of processes and/or services to identify issues and generate and evaluate ideas • Preferred: Experience in process development and project management within a technology-based services company • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve objectives without direct authority • Preferred: Proven track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem • Preferred: Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PL providers
