📋 Description

• Design and build core machine learning systems for a proactive, forward-looking AI platform • Own projects end-to-end, from data curation and model training through evaluation, inference, and continuous iteration • Translate cutting-edge research concepts into robust, highly reliable production systems • Use live production signals and data to troubleshoot model anomalies and system bottlenecks • Deploy systems, analyze real-world performance metrics, refine approaches, and iterate rapidly • Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to translate technical milestones into user value • Mentor fellow engineers and conduct rigorous code and technical reviews • Set a high standard for technical judgment through hands-on execution • Optimize model architectures for latency, computational cost, reliability, and safety at massive scale

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Machine Learning role • Experience with Python • Experience with PyTorch and/or JAX • Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems • Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems actively used in real-world environments • Strong practical understanding of how modern ML models behave and fail in live production • Ability to mitigate production edge cases • Track record of writing clean, robust, production-grade code • Architectural mindset beyond simple scripting • High degree of self-direction and initiative • Proven ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives from concept to launch • Ability to absorb new concepts rapidly • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly • Ability to continuously improve code and systems through iterative feedback loops
