📋 Description

• Develop and execute technical strategies and programs • Work with engineering teams to improve code quality and product performance • Build effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to address evolving business needs • Mentor the engineering team to elevate their skills and increase output • Architect new features and manage existing codebases using best practices • Align with Scrum teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented effectively • Communicate daily with team members and the product owner to prepare work for development

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science • Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based products • At least 3 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role • Experience leading offshore teams being a plus • Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) • Proficiency with React • Exceptional communication skills • Talent for mentoring and guiding team members • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail • Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
