📋 Description

• Implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO plans for ambitious e-commerce brands across NL, DE, UK, and beyond • Produce high-quality, search-optimised content at scale using AI tools, especially Claude • Build keyword sets and clusters based on search intent • Optimise heading structures, internal linking, SEO titles, meta descriptions, and other on-page elements • Support senior specialists with technical audits • Identify technical issues and implement straightforward fixes in Shopify, WordPress, and other content management systems • Turn SEO data into clear, actionable insights for clients and project leads • Collaborate with senior specialists, link builders, and freelancers • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improved tools, workflows, or approaches • Deliver SEO work that contributes directly to clients' organic growth targets • Work autonomously and proactively, spotting opportunities and solving problems • Contribute input to improving SEO content creation and related processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Dutch is required • Comfortable communicating in English; internal communication is in English • Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably agency experience across different projects and niches • Hands-on Shopify experience • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress • Ability to plan, brief, produce, and optimise SEO content that ranks and converts • Search-intent-driven keyword research and clustering • Confident use of Google Search Console • Experience with a keyword research and rank tracking tool such as Ahrefs or Semrush • Solid experience with AI models, including prompting, verifying output, and steering it where needed • Understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals, including heading structures, internal linking, SEO titles, and meta descriptions • Ability to work independently, take ownership, explain reasoning, identify problems, and propose solutions • Basic experience with Screaming Frog is nice to have • Basic technical SEO knowledge is nice to have • E-commerce SEO experience, ideally for international webshops, is nice to have • CV must be in English
