• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone. • Assist customers with the mobile app, including booking a car, explaining features, and addressing pricing and billing questions. • Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, aiming for a swift resolution. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our EV fleet, including charging procedures and vehicle features. • Registering complains of customers. • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. • Assist with administrative tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent. • English Language (B2 or higher) • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or rental industry will be considered an advantage. • Strong communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Independent Microsoft Office user.
