📋 Description

• Senior Asset Manager acts as the team lead and primary point of contact for customer inquiries • Maintain customer relationships • Lead or manage flow of projects, ensure budgets, margins, and timelines are met, and personnel resources are available • Source new opportunities within a customer’s facility • Quoting jobs and following up with customers • Manage contract management and asset managers under team • Monitor team KPIs and lead process improvement • Provide data/KPI feedback for back-office efficiency and corporate initiatives • Manage multi-team special projects for margin and revenue improvement • Detailed understanding of all obligations including service responsibilities, response times, reporting scope of work, billing rates, termination clauses, etc. • Customer direct contact and technical ownership • Manage site turnover documentation and spare parts management • Track warranties and RMAs, and provide recommendations for improvement • Maintain asset operating plans, preventative and corrective maintenance obligations

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in project, quality, health and safety management an asset. • Renewable energy experience an asset.
