📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implementing social media content across various platforms • Curate relevant content to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility • Community engagement and management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions • Assist in implementing protocols to maintain brand reputation • Execute social media strategies ensuring alignment with client goals • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content creation, approval, and scheduling • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics • Stay updated on trends and developments in social media marketing • Contribute to new business efforts for Spark

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 2-4 years of experience, previous agency experience preferred • Expertise in social media and community building online • Understanding of content distribution channels for B2B and B2C brands • Proven competency in creating successful social media strategies and campaigns • Strong creative writing, researching, and editing skills • Flexibility and comfort working with a remote team • Project and time management skills
