• Provide effective and strategic legal defense to clients in workers' compensation cases. • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation files from inception to resolution. • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case developments. • Stay abreast of changes in workers' compensation laws and ensure legal compliance in all aspects of case management. • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the state bar and in good standing • Proven experience as a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and case precedents • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
