📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in AWS, including architecting and operating cloud-based solutions • Consult with clients and gather requirements for technical AWS cloud implementation solutions • Actively use AI tools, including Claude through Sparq’s Anthropic partnership, to streamline tasks and improve work quality • Share AI best practices with teammates and continuously seek ways to integrate AI into daily workflows • Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems • Provide project oversight and execute deliverables • Lead, mentor, and motivate colleagues • Contribute through presentations, coaching, and effective leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience architecting and operating solutions built on AWS • Experience with VSTS, code/configuration management, and pipeline setup • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Consultative approach and problem solving skills to align digital solutions with clients’ long-term business goals • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance daily work, or strong desire and willingness to experiment, learn, and champion AI adoption • Ability to perform project oversight and execute deliverables • Flexibility to adapt within a high-growth organization • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others • Hunger for continuous learning and professional development • Intellectual curiosity to provide creative solutions • Full understanding of the software development life cycle • Ability to positively impact colleagues through leadership, presentations, and coaching • Desire to work in a team environment • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
