We redefine working hard, playing harder, and being part of the most exhilarating team in endurance sports. • Our events, including Spartan®, Tough Mudder®, and DEKA, push individuals and teams beyond their limits. • We also offer fitness, health, and nutrition services to transform lives. • Join us in breaking boundaries and making the impossible possible. • The Logistics Manager sets the standard for the company and industry by providing a seamless operation of tracking goods and services. • The Logistics Management division of the Production Department is a vital component to the success and production of every event. • The Logistics Manager is a support position within the Build and Logistics Operation reporting to the Sr. Logistics Manager and to the Event Director (when on site). • Duties include managing the Procurement Delivery Document, tracking and receiving all event specific deliveries, and ensuring all departments update necessary information properly and timely. • Will also assist with managing outbound shipping needs and work with different departments to meet their outbound shipment expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Compliance and completion of all safety training. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Production experience and/or event experience preferred. • Supply chain, inventory management, logistics experience required. • Ability to speak effectively before groups of volunteers and employees (read and speak conversational English). • Willingness and ability to travel. • Willingness and ability to work 11+ days at a time. • Willingness to work outside in all adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time. • Ability to work from home prior and after each event. • Demonstrate full range of movement including but not limited to lifting, standing, bending, reaching, twisting, and crawling. • Occasionally lifts, pushes, pulls, and moves equipment and material weighing up to 50 pounds. • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. • Must be able to meet deadlines with severe time constraints. • Excellent at multitasking is a must. • Have experience working in a high pace customer-focused environment. • Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license without restrictions and clean driving record. • Must be able to be self motivated, self-sufficient, be able to use time efficiently. • Must be able to work with a team • Excellent creative problem solver and work under deadline pressure. • Proven attention to detail, keen sense for organization, and cleanliness. • Experience and confidence with the operation of all motorized equipment preferred. • Knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures, and systems such as Google Docs.
