We redefine working hard, playing harder, and being part of the most exhilarating team in endurance sports. • Our events, including Spartan®, Tough Mudder®, and DEKA, push individuals and teams beyond their limits. • We also offer fitness, health, and nutrition services to transform lives. • Join us in breaking boundaries and making the impossible possible. • As a Staff Support Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless on-site operations and support for staff and volunteers. • Through managing inventory, coordinating meals, tracking equipment, and sourcing materials, you will maintain efficiency and organization throughout the build cycle. • Your hands-on approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be key to creating a smooth and productive event experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience cooking for large groups, especially in outdoor or mobile environments (camp/catering/large-scale cafeteria preferred). • Willingness and availability to travel for extended periods (up to 14 consecutive days). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions. • Experience operating trucks, trailers, and various equipment. • Comfortable with tools and light construction material handling is a plus. • Strong communication skills; able to engage volunteers and staff positively. • Proficiency with Google Drive, Slack, WhatsApp, and basic tech tools. • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record. • Military veterans encouraged to apply—logistics, leadership, and resourcefulness are highly valued.
