📋 Description

• Provide support for relationship management processes with requesting departments. • Participate in planning procurement activities. • Manage demand for goods and services. • Initiate contracting requests. • Contribute to defining contracting strategy. • Prepare contracting activities and their interfaces with other processes. • Develop and update the Contracting Plan. • Coordinate the preparation of contracting documents. • Provide technical support for contract portfolio management. • Gather and analyze data to draft reports and documents related to contracting activities. • Evaluate justifications and requests for the creation of purchase documents. • Manage purchasing portfolios in SAP and other platforms. • Allocate and control items and services to be monitored. • Provide ongoing support to management in all supply management activities. • Act as a relationship agent, providing support and maintaining databases. • Manage relationships with requesting and contracting departments. • Effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders. • Monitor contracts and the progress of the supply of goods and services. • Track and measure performance indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, Construction, or related fields. • 5 years of experience working with procurement processes in the supply area of large companies. • Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. • Knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public procurement and contracting in government and mixed-capital companies. • Technical writing skills. • Basic knowledge of Power BI. • Statistics skills to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts.
