📋 Description

• Plan and manage critical procurement projects for goods and services. • Manage relationships with requesting departments. • Plan procurement activities and manage demands for goods and services. • Route contracting requests, define contracting strategies, and prepare contracts. • Coordinate the collection and analysis of the project’s procurement needs, translating technical and scope requirements into clear specifications for purchase requests. • Facilitate the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives. • Continuously monitor and control the progress of procurement deliveries. • Use project management tools to ensure compliance with milestones, scope, costs, and deadlines. • Proactively communicate deviations and adjust procurement plans as necessary. • Identify and resolve procurement and supply-related issues. • Apply critical analysis to support project decisions and objectives. • Ensure client satisfaction and business continuity. • Provide clear, regular communications on the status of procurement activities and deliveries to the client and at Supply Management forums. • Prepare detailed progress reports and periodic updates. • Evaluate the performance of procurement activities upon project completion. • Identify lessons learned and areas for improvement to continuously enhance procurement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree in general fields of study within Business, Administration and Law, or Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction, in accordance with the CINE Brazil classification. • Postgraduate qualification with a minimum workload of 360 hours in Project Management or other areas related to the specialization, subject to validation by Petrobras contract management. • Preferred experience: six years working with procurement processes in the supply chain/procurement area of large organizations. • Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. • Knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public tenders and contracting in public administration and mixed-capital companies, such as Law 8,666/93, Decree 2,745/98, Law 13,303/16, and Law 14,133/21. • Technical writing skills. • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or industry-specific software. • Basic knowledge of Power BI. • Knowledge of statistics to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analyses, and charts. • Certification not required.
