📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects across DTC brands and marketing teams • Coordinate TikTok Shop campaigns, creators, affiliates, UGC, and creative production • Work closely with paid media, social media, e-commerce, and creative teams • Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines • Identify bottlenecks and improve internal workflows • Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop • Keep stakeholders informed and ensure projects are delivered on time

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or marketing operations experience • Previous experience working directly for DTC companies is mandatory • TikTok Shop experience is required • Strong understanding of DTC marketing, e-commerce operations, creative production, and paid advertising • Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Meta Ads, UGC, and influencer or affiliate marketing • Proficiency with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar tools • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
