📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end SAP projects, from initiation through closure • Lead SAP Greenfield implementation projects, including process design, configuration, testing and Go-Live • Lead SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects, ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation • Work on Bluefield (Selective Data Transition) projects, where applicable • Manage national and international rollouts, upgrades, continuous improvements and other project types • Develop and monitor schedules, budget, scope, quality, risks and performance indicators • Conduct executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors and stakeholders • Lead multidisciplinary teams of functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security and other SAP specialists • Ensure application of SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile methodologies and governance best practices • Manage project risks, changes, dependencies and impediments • Promote alignment between business and technology areas • Prepare executive presentations, dashboards and management reports for clients and the executive board • Drive continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and project management practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP projects • Experience participating in SAP Greenfield implementation projects • Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects • Experience in rollout, upgrade, digital transformation and AMS projects • Experience in projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others) • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks and resources • Background in SAP consulting firms or large corporate transformation programs • Experience managing multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams • Experience in multicultural environments and working with international clients
