📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing SAP projects • Ensuring they are completed within defined timelines, scope and budget • Will manage implementation projects, digital transformation and migrations to SAP S/4HANA • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams and executive leadership • Ensure project delivery meets quality standards, schedule, scope and budget • Promote operational excellence, client satisfaction and value creation for the business • Plan, coordinate and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation to closure • Conduct executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors and stakeholders • Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security and other SAP specialists • Ensure application of SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile methodologies and governance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP projects • Participation in SAP Greenfield implementation projects • Participation in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects • Experience in rollout, upgrade, digital transformation and AMS projects • Experience in projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others) • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently • Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks and resources • Experience in SAP consulting firms or large corporate transformation programs • Experience managing multidisciplinary, geographically distributed teams • Experience in multicultural environments and working with international clients
