📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects • Define and monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets • Manage risks and resolve issues throughout project execution • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Ensure quality and client satisfaction across all projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supplementary pension plans. • Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Agile and traditional project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and PMBOK. • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC). • Experience leading technology projects, preferably ERP systems or enterprise solutions. • Familiarity with systems architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise environments. • Ability to analyze and track performance indicators related to schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risks. • Leadership, negotiation, and multidisciplinary team management skills. • Clear communication, strategic vision, strong organization, and results orientation. • Bachelor’s degree.
