📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale projects • Define and monitor project scope, schedules, and budgets • Manage risks and resolve issues during project execution • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Ensure quality and client satisfaction across all projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supplementary pension (private/occupational pension) • Project management tools: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar • Agile and traditional project management methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience leading technology projects, preferably ERP systems or enterprise solutions • Familiarity with system architecture, integrations, APIs, and enterprise environments • Ability to analyze and monitor performance indicators (schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk) • Leadership, negotiation, and multidisciplinary team management skills • Clear communication, strategic vision, organization, and results orientation
