📋 Description

• Define the architecture, develop, and integrate the software specified in the scope of projects contracted by Spassu with clients • Lead the development team and distribute tasks using project management tools • Ensure delivered software meets requirements, architectural standards, quality, cost, and deadlines • Deliver defect-free software components and maintain client satisfaction • Coach the team and promote the development of developers' technical and interpersonal skills • Manage project configuration, ensuring integrity, traceability, and maintainability • Collaborate with the software architect to build the architecture model and its evolutions throughout the lifecycle • Interpret functional specifications and produce technical specifications with text, UML diagrams, and other models • Plan work in the designated project management tool • Code, integrate, test, maintain, and evolve software components • Produce technical documentation according to contractual requirements • Set up and configure the local development environment • Work on high-complexity tasks and prevent or identify deviations during project execution • Mentor and develop team members • Provide information to the DevOps team for configuring production pipelines in the continuous integration tool • Provide support to the IT team and client users • Perform deliveries and integration testing in the client's environment • Monitor acceptance testing and deployment of the software in client environments • Train the client and conduct knowledge transfer • Perform related activities as directed by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology • Alternatively, completion of a bachelor's degree in any field combined with a postgraduate certification in Information Technology • Training certificates in development, such as Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, or related areas • 7 years of software development experience • Experience in team leadership • Experience with Java 8 and Spring Boot • Experience with Oracle relational database • Experience developing unit tests • Knowledge of SOLID principles • Established development practices, including SonarQube • Advanced knowledge of the defined platform and technologies • Knowledge of software architecture and development patterns • Knowledge of configuration, integration, and software deployment infrastructure • Ability to write readable code • Code optimization skills • Proficiency in the main languages of the stack
