📋 Description

• Ensure the development of user-centered digital products • Ensure that development work aligns with user needs and enables cohesive integration across the client’s systems • Optimize interactions with departments, schools, and other stakeholders to gather insights and create customized software solutions • Conduct and interpret user research and reduce service complexity • Manage integration teams working with operations and complex systems engineering • Facilitate workshops for product ideation, persona development, and user research • Develop user/business documentation and support materials • Detail and refine requirements and manage nonconformities • Conduct product handoffs • Define acceptance criteria for deliverables • Evaluate and validate solutions • Conduct Discovery to understand user and stakeholder needs • Guide UX/UI designers in creating prototypes and support usability testing • Create the product roadmap in collaboration with the client’s Product Owner (PO) • Create user stories and conduct business and technical refinement with the PO • Support sprint progress, acting as a bridge between the PO and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or another field related to service design • Certification not required • Conducts Discovery to understand user and stakeholder needs • Guides UX/UI designers in creating prototypes and supports usability testing • Creates the product roadmap in collaboration with the client’s Product Owner (PO) • Creates user stories and conducts business and technical refinement in collaboration with the PO • Supports sprint progress, serving as a bridge between the PO and the team • Knowledge of conducting and interpreting user research • Experience managing integration teams working with operations and complex systems engineering • Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKRs, and Business Agility • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and InVision • Knowledge of mobile app design for iOS and Android, as well as responsive design • Experience facilitating workshops for product ideation, persona development, and user research • Experience developing user/business documentation • Experience evaluating and validating solutions
