📋 Description

• Lead teams, manage processes related to other contract activities, and be accountable for delivered results. • Review and ensure the compatibility of service providers' qualifications. • Oversee and guide the teams mobilized under the contract. • Implement improvements and tools, incorporating best practices in People and Process Management. • Support the client in the development of solutions and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business, Administration, Law, or Engineering (Production/Construction). • Preferred experience: 6 years working with procurement processes, supply chain, or contract management in public administration, state-owned enterprises, or mixed-capital companies (as a contractor or internal staff). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. • Knowledge of laws and procedures related to public procurement and contracting in the public administration and mixed-capital companies (e.g., Law 8.666/93, Decree 2745/98, Law 13.303/16, and Law 14.133/21). • Technical writing.
