📋 Description
• Build a new Discord community for a social VR game from Wooster Games • Create a variety of community programs to encourage community members to chat and collaborate with each other, responding to players, live streams, organizing events, announcing new content releases, and resolving support tickets • Surface critical bugs and community feedback to the dev team on a weekly cadence • Have experience using AI to build Discord bots and analyze Discord and social media data
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience with a preference for experience managing a young community of 50-100K+ • You’re an expert at Discord and VR live streaming technology • Passionate about gaming – You will be playtesting in VR a lot to capture content • A collaborative, team mindset is a must to work effectively with various stakeholders on the Discord, including product owner, developers, players, and content creators to develop and promote the game • Bonus: Experience in multiple game platforms (VR, PC, Console, Mobile), graphic design and video editing skills that tune into Gen Z and Gen Alpha cultural trends
