📋 Description
• Produce compelling storyboard ideas based on audience trends & analysis • Manage deadlines and expectations • Work closely with our leadership team, in creating efficiencies and ways of working that maximise creative juices • Inspire the team through respect and experience • Analyze key YouTube metrics and analytics, including AVD, CTR, Impressions, AVP, etc. • Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from competitors • Participate in leadership meetings to discuss storyboard progress, provide updates, and collaborate with team members
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years of writing and/or leading a creative team • Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc) • Great communication and activeness. • Ability to meet and understand deadlines. • Knowledge and understanding of Minecraft, social media and pop-culture trends. • Worked with major competitors in this industry previously (Mr. Beast, Prestonplayz, Craftee/LogDotZip, Bionic, xNestorio, Quiff, Donibobes, etc) • Experience in other Minecraft/YouTube industry-specific roles (Builder, Editor, Animator, Actor, etc)
