•Are you a fluent Slovenian speaker looking for a dynamic role in customer support? •Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking Customer Support Specialists to provide top-tier support and resolutions to our valued customers. •As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for dedicated professionals who can enhance customer loyalty and foster long-term customer relationships. •If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to creating positive customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you! •Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer support •Leverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycle •Use Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer success •Resell the value and benefits of the company, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfaction •Cross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partners •Demonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

•Native proficiency in Slovenian •Advanced (B2) level in English (oral and written) •Outstanding communication and presentation abilities •Experience managing customer expectations and de-escalating tense scenarios •Outstanding follow-up and follow through to ensure customers’ success and a positive outcome •Ability to work in a team environment
