📋 Description

• Represent and support some of the world’s most exciting brands • Engage with clients via calls and emails to provide product and service guidance • Review client requests and process them accurately • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction • Share insights and feedback with internal teams to optimize service

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2) • Previous customer support experience is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player • High school diploma or vocational training completed • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
