📋 Description

• On behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in the jewelry industry, we are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative • Our client creates and delivers timeless, high-quality jewelry pieces that inspire self-expression and are cherished by millions of customers worldwide • As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience with every interaction • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries • Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times • Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written) • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with technology and remote tools • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
