⢠On behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in the jewelry industry, we are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative ⢠Our client creates and delivers timeless, high-quality jewelry pieces that inspire self-expression and are cherished by millions of customers worldwide ⢠As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience with every interaction ⢠Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat ⢠Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries ⢠Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective ⢠Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times ⢠Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
⢠Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written) ⢠Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required ⢠Strong communication and problem-solving skills ⢠Comfortable working with technology and remote tools ⢠Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
