• Are you fluent Swedish speaker with a passion for fashion? • Willing to work as a Swedish Customer Support Representative for Zalando? • Communicating through chat & phone with customers • Answering how-to questions • Troubleshooting customers' issues • Create amazing experience that customers value

• Native level of Swedish • Advanced level of English • Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills • Computer knowledge/tech savviness • Relocation to Crete, Greece • EU Passport holder
