🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Dutch, plus good English skills • Experience in customer service is an advantage • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-first mindset • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
