📋 Description

• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, chat and phone • Provide clear information about our products, services, and policies • Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating only when needed • Support customers with orders, returns, and exchanges following company guidelines • Keep customer information accurate and secure • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Dutch, plus good English skills • Experience in customer service is an advantage • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment • Empathy, patience, and a genuine customer-first mindset • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
