• - Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, and tickets) from restaurant partners and customers • - Resolve issues related to orders, payments, deliveries, and platform use • - Deliver empathetic and professional support across all service channels • - Follow quality and response guidelines to ensure consistent service • - Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up • - Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by the project
• - Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written) • - Good command of English for internal communication • - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required • - Excellent communication and typing skills • - Ability to multitask and navigate between digital platforms • - Willingness to work in rotational shifts • - Ability to relocate to Greece
