• Our client – one of the Big Four technology companies – specializes in internet-related services and products and is now looking for talents with French & English skills. • Our team consults businesses to manage their online presence across the world’s most famous search engine as Interaction Experts for Online Services. • Hence, our team consults businesses to enhance their reputation and get insights on how customers search for them. • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail in French • Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online appearance • Troubleshoot login problems or other technical issues • Assist businesses in doing necessary changes on their profile • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

🎯 Requirements

• Native/Near native French • Fluency in English • Basic Technical skills • Good communication skills
