📋 Description

• Develop and execute Spear Bio’s event strategy across scientific conferences, trade shows, and hosted events • Identify high-value opportunities to engage researchers, clinicians, and industry partners • Align event participation with company goals including product adoption, awareness, and thought leadership • Lead end-to-end execution of events including logistics, vendor management, booth builds, and budget management • Manage sponsorship deliverables, speaking engagements, and product demonstration opportunities • Ensure all event elements reflect Spear Bio’s brand, scientific rigor, and innovation • Partner with Commercial, Product, and Scientific teams to align messaging, content, and goals • Collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted attendee acquisition and meeting generation • Define and track KPIs including meetings, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in event marketing within life sciences, biotech, or healthcare • Experience managing scientific conferences, trade shows, congresses, or research-focused events • Strong understanding of engaging technical and scientific audiences • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple events simultaneously • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution quality
