📋 Description

• Oversee the company’s legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal guidance across various business functions • Manage the company’s legal matters, including contracts, corporate registrations, labor and compliance concerns, documentation, and representation • Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts, agreements, MOAs, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts • Ensure all contracts comply with Philippine laws and company policies • Provide legal advice on contract risks, obligations, and liabilities • Maintain and organize legal records and documentation • Handle business registrations, renewals, permits, licenses, and regulatory filings • Ensure compliance with SEC, BIR, DOLE, and other governmental requirements • Advise management and HR on labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, mediations, or negotiations when required • Provide legal oversight related to HMO agreements, claims, and compliance matters • Identify legal risks and recommend practical business solutions • Support audits, investigations, and internal compliance initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) • Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar • At least 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or in-house practice • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance • Experience handling business registrations and government transactions • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
