📋 Description
• Take ownership of the Group's global lease accounting processes • Ensure lease data from territories around the world is translated accurately and consistently into our consolidated FRS102 reporting framework • Work closely with international finance teams and external system partner • Drive the delivery and optimisation of ProLease Enterprise • Deliver high-quality reporting outputs that support Group reporting and consolidation • Establish robust, scalable processes and controls that will shape the future of lease accounting at Specsavers
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) • UK GAAP and FRS102 expertise • Lease accounting knowledge • Financial controls and compliance • Process improvement • Financial systems implementation • Stakeholder management • Influencing and relationship building • Data analysis and data integrity review • Reporting and consolidation • Coaching and mentoring • Change management • Communication and presentation skills • Resilience • Commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset.
