📋 Description
• managing lease renewals • rent reviews • wider asset management projects • navigating complex landlord relationships • reviewing service charges, insurance, and costs • negotiating outcomes that create long-term value • working closely with internal teams including business development and retail support • supporting licences to alter and landlord disputes • maintenance and compliance considerations • building strong, trusted relationships • regular travel to spend time with store partners • influencing outcomes and delivering the best possible results • managing multiple projects at pace • spotting opportunities, reducing risk and driving value • challenging where needed and leading complex negotiations
🎯 Requirements
• experience across a multi-site retail estate • strong knowledge of property management • collaborative, solutions-focused mindset • confident working with stakeholders at all levels • comfortable handling complexity • RICS membership or working towards it (ideal)
