📋 Description

• Support product roadmap execution by helping translate company goals, customer needs, and team input into clear priorities and deliverables. • Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to coordinate feature development, follow-ups, and release readiness. • Gather and synthesize customer, sales, support, and market feedback to help inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. • Assist with product messaging, internal enablement materials, and go-to-market preparation alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams. • Write and maintain research documentation, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other supporting documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, business analysis, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related field. • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cloud technologies, and/or SaaS products. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to support decision-making. • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation. • Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency.
