📋 Description

• Develop, lead, and drive forward internal and external communications strategies to ensure clarity, alignment, inclusivity, and cultural connection • Serve as the MarComms Business partner for assigned pillars leading day-to-day Marcomms initiatives • Influence outcomes in cross-functional partnerships through trust and clarity • Develop Marcomms KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform decision making • Serve as the trusted advisor to key leaders, crafting impactful narratives • Develop content for internal and external audiences across all levels for use across channels • Demonstrate understanding of available marketing tools and use cases • Develop strategies which utilize clear and impactful storytelling externally through earned and sponsored media opportunities • Elevate storytelling as a strategic tool for organizational culture and alignment • Transform data, achievements, and strategy into stories that inspire understanding • Play a key role in evolving and maintaining the agency’s brand voice and tone • Collaborate with the growth team to lead and support external marketing activities • Monitor industry trends and proactively craft thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field • 6-8 years of agency or brand experience, ideally in a marketing and communications role • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, social and creative tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Canva, Hootsuite, etc) • People-first mindset with the emotional intelligence to support teams through change, challenge, and growth • Confidently use data and analytics to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimize marketing and communications efforts • A collaborative mindset and skilled at building relationships across teams and external partners • Experienced in navigating sensitive topics and executive communication with clarity, tact, and confidentiality • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute across multiple workstreams
