📋 Description

• Ensure customers derive value from the product from day one. • Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for customer success. • Generate upsell and account expansion opportunities. • Monitor engagement data and proactively identify churn risks. • Contribute to account strategies through customized action plans. • Work with the Product and Sales teams to improve the customer journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales, or B2B Customer Support. • Experience working with customers at SaaS or technology companies is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of tools such as CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus), Excel, and engagement metrics analysis. • A university degree is a plus but not required. • Availability to work under an independent contractor arrangement (PJ).
