• Produce ads at scale: Write copy, design images/video, launch into ad consoles (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), and monitor metrics • Own results end-to-end: You’re accountable for performance and iterating quickly • Team environment: Work alongside other Creative Producers in a high-energy, competitive environment where performance is transparent and celebrated • Iterate weekly: Test 100+ creatives/month, optimize for CTR, conversions, and ROI • Move fast: Skip bottlenecks—no separate copywriter/designer handoffs. Full ownership means faster output and higher performance
• 3-5+ years of experience in creative production roles, ideally tied to performance marketing and high-volume ad creation • Hands-on experience building static, video, and digital-first conversion creative • Proficient in creative building tools like in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects (or similar) • Proven track record of owning results—launching ads, tracking performance, and iterating quickly based on data • Strong understanding of creative production pipelines, project management tools, and working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and product teams • Must be legally able to work and reside in Canada at the time of application
