📋 Description

• Conduct internal audits for clients' Accounts Payable Departments • Manage multiple audit engagements for high risk/high profile clients • Execute Pre-Discovery phase procedures and coordinate meetings • Complete Discovery phase procedures including detailed questionnaires • Create detailed audit plans and conduct pre-audit meetings • Ensure audit team knowledge and maintain client relationships • Document client management meetings and prepare audit reports • Resolve contested claims and follow up on invoices • Participate in management decision processes and perform special projects • Perform detailed performance evaluations of audit staff

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of finance and accounting • Four year degree (or working towards a degree) in accounting or finance • Audit management experience in hospital, retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) desired • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Well organized and self-directing • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated team player • Reliable vehicle for transportation to client site • Ability to move and/or lift boxes up to 20 lbs
