📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive concept for a Spheros Bus Academy and oversee its long-term establishment. • Deliver training sessions for internal and external partners (OEMs, end customers, Spheros employees) at national and international levels. • Conduct and evaluate training quality checks to optimize training performance using standardized participant questionnaires. • Independently develop needs-based training and education concepts, including creating training slides/materials in German and English for all current and new Spheros products, including products from other Spheros locations worldwide. • Identify regional training needs and create a training calendar. • Establish training centers to conduct regular product trainings. • Develop online training courses for internal staff. • Conduct and analyze quality controls to optimize training performance. • Offer courses across the entire Spheros Group and collaborate with the central Spheros Academy. • Prepare training documentation in German and English for all Spheros TBS products. • Control training costs and issue standard certificates. • Support documentation tasks and knowledge-building in collaboration with the documentation department – including contributions to PIM and the FAQ section. • Modernize the training area using new technologies such as animated sequences, training videos, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another completed technical degree; or completed training as an automotive mechanic with relevant commercial/business qualifications. • Relevant professional development and strong methodological expertise in adult education. • Proven success in designing and delivering presentations and trainings, with a passion for knowledge transfer. • Experience delivering technical training. • Strong technical understanding and market competence, and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new technical topics. • High level of initiative and a sociable, strong-communicator personality. • Independent and organized working style and strong customer orientation. • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent Google tools. • Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken. • Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips domestically and abroad.
