📋 Description

• Create high-quality character, creature, gameplay, and FX animations utilizing Spine. • Build and maintain efficient animation rigs that balance visual quality with performance requirements. • Produce polished animations without relying on overly complex rigs, excessive mesh deformation, or high vertex-count meshes. • Support multiple game themes, art styles, and animation requirements across projects. • Apply optimization best practices to meet mobile and web performance requirements. • Implement feedback quickly and accurately while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Maintain organized source files and version control practices. • Review your work for accuracy, consistency, optimization, and technical compliance prior to submission. • Identify workflow improvements and proactively communicate potential production risks. • Take ownership of animation assignments and consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional animation experience. • Professional experience creating Spine animations for games. • Experience shipping mobile or web-based games. • Expert-level Spine animation skills. • Strong understanding of rigging, animation workflows, and optimization best practices. • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality animations without relying on overly complex rigs, excessive mesh deformation, or high vertex-count meshes. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Proven ability to accurately follow creative and technical direction. • Ability to interpret feedback and implement revisions efficiently. • Strong organizational and file management skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work. • Comfortable working across multiple art styles and game types. • Applications without a 2D animation portfolio will not be considered. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the casino, social casino, or iGaming industry. • Experience creating Spine FX. • Strong technical problem-solving skills. • Experience working on live game productions. • Experience collaborating with remote development teams.
