📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers across the United States • Engage Marketing Directors, Marketing Managers, Chief Marketing Officers, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, and business owners • Introduce company services clearly, professionally, and conversationally • Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and identify prospective clients who fit the services • Respond professionally to common questions and objections • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and coordinate calendars accurately • Maintain CRM records, including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities • Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Clear spoken English easily understood by customers in the United States • Confidence speaking with senior business decision-makers over the phone • Ability to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs • Coachability and willingness to apply feedback • Resilience and persistence when facing rejection • Curiosity about businesses and uncovering opportunities • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities • Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and sales techniques • Professionalism and integrity in customer interactions • Ability to follow a structured sales process while communicating authentically and conversationally • Previous marketing, cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
